I took my bestie for her birthday. I called ahead and scheduled an apple t for a combo service that was $50. The place was empty and I felt like something wasn’t right. After our massage the man who could barely speak English pointed to $55 ( I know it’s just five dollars) per massage. I gave $120 because the massage wasn’t all that and he demanded/bullied more money and started laughing about it. He got $160.00 out of me ( If I don’t like the service you will not get a good tip). I will never return to this place again. I pray that they get shut down for taking advantage of people. They called to offer me a gift card to remove review.

I went here after a long weekend and I was looking to relax. The wait was longer than expected but the lady did a good job on the massage. It felt wonderful but she kept leaving the room and stopping the massage to text. When she would leave she would leave the door open which really bothered me considering it was a full body massage.
Then when she was done and I was getting dressed she came back in and was rushing me. I did not take unreasonably long and that’s when I noticed she had other people in the lobby so that’s why she was rushing me. As I was putting my pants on she proceeds to leave and leave the door completely open to the hallway. Woman to woman that is NOT okay.
They charge an extra $1 for debit cards and when she rang me up she said my card declined. She threw my card back at me as if it was trash and demanded anot. er one. I gave her my credit card but told her if it didn’t work then I would have to call the ban shave funds in my account. I honestly figured the bank maybe put a freeze on my debit card because over the weekend I spent nearly 1k on activities in Dallas for my best friends bachelorette party. If that was the case it would be a simple phone call. However that was not the case.
She then threw my credit card at me AGAIN and roller her eyes like I was a a cheap idoit… incredibly unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable. I opened my bank app and showed her I do infact have money and she proceeded to try my debit card again. That time it worked, so it was her error with the machine, NOT me. I signed the slip and tipped her (I tipped her because the massage was good but I didn’t want to because of all of the unprofessionalism and lack of privacy). She had the NERVE to tell me “tip not enough” “must tip 20%”. I just played stupid and asked her “how much do you want” and she said “four dollars more”… all of that over FOUR DOLLARS (which was not a flat 20% so not only was she rude & pushy, she also couldn’t do simple math) ? I will not be returning again.

First and last time here! I'm giving them 2 stars because they were very accommodating with scheduling. The massage experience was horrible. I got a 60-minute foot massage. There was nothing relaxing about it. My massage seemed rushed through most of it. The only time my masseuse took his time was when he dozed off! Yes...the guy was falling asleep!! (My appt was at 11am). Not only that, the massage was rough, ticklish at times, and overall not enjoyable. I'll continue driving a little further away for a foot massage that's actually relaxing and soothing. This is what I get for not sticking with what I know.

I had a similar experience to another reviewer where I was booked for an appointment at Max Feet but was walked up the street to another location without any explanation. At that point, I was taken into a dark room with just myself and the male masseuse. I am not a person to be frightened, and can take care of myself, but nonetheless it was an unsettling situation mainly because it is so at odds with the other foot massages I have had at these types of spas in DFW - always multiple guests in the same room. The massage was honestly fine, I just didn't enjoy it as much as I needed to as I was a bit uncomfortable with the whole situation. My advice to management is to be a bit more clear about the set-up, especially with first time guests.

Horrible massage. When I first arrived I asked the receptionist for someone with really strong hands because I prefer a very firm massage. They told me to go with a lady. I said to the receptionist again..... I will wait for someone with really strong hands. She told me 2 more times that the lady could give a firm massage. I asked the receptionist "do I have your word that this lady can give a very firm massage?". She assured me yet again that I would be provided the service that I was asking for. Not only was it NOT a firm massage, there was also no technique. Just a lot of rocking and pushing which was quite useless. Not a single muscle group was relieved of pain. It was as if the lady was shown a how-to video of reflexology massage and said "yeah, I think I can do that." When I voiced my concerns with the new receptionist she just looked the other way and grinned and said yes, yes. I asked why I would be charged if I didn't get the service that I asked for. She then proceeded to move a massage chair to the center of the lobby (which was extremely small) and told me to sit down and that she would give me massage....... Surrounded by all of the people in the lobby. I told her no. There was absolutely no privacy and I was not about to have a massage with a man sitting 2 feet away from this massage chair. Don't believe what they say. They just want to take your money and they will tell you anything to get it. I am usually a big tipper.... Between $10 to $20 for every massage. This is the first time ever that I did not leave a tip. They may have gotten my $45 but they will never get any business or referrals from me again.

I will never be going back to Max Feet. For starters I come in for my appointment and they walk me over to another business down the shopping strip, that has more space. It felt incredibly sketchy and if I was alone I probably would’ve been more hesitant. When my massage was done, one of the main managers came in to my room yelling at the masseuses and disrupting any sort of peace. It was a really terrible way of saying that time was up. Finally as I was paying and signing my check, I hear the cashier (the woman who did my massage) say something to the men behind me. As I am walking out they corner me to say that I have not tipped enough and hand me back my check to change my tip amount and tell me what to write. Not the most peaceful situation for a massage like what I was looking forward to.

I really wanted to like Max Feet since I had a gift card to use there, but sadly I don't think I'll return.

I feel worse today than I did before going. My masseuse was overly aggressive and pinching me alot. I have marks all along my back. The towel he put over my back left a slight rash from how hard he was grinding into me. He kept using his elbow to rake across my spinal cord ... making tense up more and more. I almost had to stop the massage.

Also, the entire time his phone was not on silent (at max Volume) and pinging (at least 20 times, I stopped counting). It was hard to relax because of this as well.

Unfortunately, I won't be going back. I give it two stars because it's pretty clean and the staff is nice.

Worst foot massage I ever had. He stayed on one part of my feet and hurt my feet even more than I went in, and then came all outside and going to have the nerve to ask for a tip, I WISH I WOULD TIP HIM FOR THAT HORRIBLE MASSAGE AND I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS SO CALLED MASSAGE PARLOUR
