I am always here when I am at Dallas for Business Trip. Very friendly Front Desk manager. Rooms are fine with AC, microwave, fridge and big bed. I like to stay here and I will come back. ?

I recently stayed at Motel 6 and had a wonderful experience, thanks to Mona at the front desk. From the moment I walked in, Mona greeted me with a warm smile and made the check-in process smooth and efficient.
Mona's professionalism and friendly demeanor stood out. She was attentive to my needs and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Whenever I had questions or needed assistance, she was always available and eager to help.
Her knowledge of the local area was also impressive, providing great recommendations for nearby restaurants and attractions. It's clear that Mona genuinely cares about the guests and takes pride in her work.
Thank you, Mona, for making my stay at Motel 6 a pleasant one. I highly recommend this location and look forward to returning in the future.

Mona was very transparent and professional with me during my stay at Motel 6. Upon arrival, and new in town( Maryland) I was anxious about my living space etc.,however, Mona handled my issue with true professionalism and class and because of her actions I WILL ALWAYS look to Motel 6 once I arrive in town. Good job Motel 6 and staff !!!!

I really wish I could give this location a better rating because I was happy with my room, other than the few roaches I saw. They also have a nice area for pets and onsite laundry BUT this hotel does not value or respect black or white Americans. This location picks and chooses who has to pay a pet deposit based off your skin color,. I was yelled at, talked over numerous times by the lady Mona at the front desk. All of the people saying how nice Mona is in the other reviews must have only stayed here one night because i hated going to the office in the morning or calling because I knew I was going to be treated like and talked to like trash. There's a young guy who works evenings who was very rude multiple times. I requested towels one evening because my room was skipped by cleaning because I have a dog. When I asked for towels he refused to give me any saying I had to wait for the cleaning ladies the NEXT DAY. I had to go buy towels for me and my child to bathe. The very next day I saw the same guy delivering towels to other rooms with no problem. They over book their rooms and have told numerous guest (black and white) that the cleaning ladies said their rooms were "nasty" and refused to let them stay, AND THE ROOMS WERE NOT NASTY. When they started charging me a pet deposit, I asked many pet owners if they had to pay and all of the black and white guest DID but the Hispanic and other foreigners did not have to. This hotel is racist if you ask my opinion. Me and another guest had our kids outside playing and we were told not to block the walk way but each night there are different groups of hispanic and other men that speak a different language that are allowed to sit outside blocking the walk way with no problem. You are better off going to one of the other hotels in the area if you are an American. I will say I LOVED the cleaning ladies, they were always friendly, they do a great job cleaning the rooms and the maintenance man stays busy trying to get this property to look better. I have numerous people that I've met while staying here for 2 months willing to be a witness to the racism/discrimination that is being displayed here and telling me to seek legal counsel and I definitely am. I also contacted their corporate office about the behavior and all they did was apologize for the piss poor treatment so many have received. Days Inn and Suites and Red Roof will be a much better option for a few bucks more. Oh, they also pick and chose who can stay long term here. They tell the black Americans that they have to leave the property for 48 hours after staying there for 28 days but allow other people to live there for YEARS with no problem.

Guy at the window was asking for $125 for me to spend the night, I came in after driving @ 3 a.m.. Everyone nearby was asking for $70 - $80 max. He didn't even have a king size bed and the only room available was a smoking room..yuck!
Anyway, after he told me his rate I walked away then he started calling me back.. I tell you some people don't know customer service but they know greed!

We came in today looking for an emergency room with a kitchen and we asked for that at the front desk and the lady took us to a single room without a kitchen and then came back and did nothing. She did not get keys to a double bedroom with the stove and refrigerator that we could use. She did absolutely nothing. This motel 6 really is awful and this lady deserves to be fired
