Amazing massage at a great price! The employees were very friendly, professional, and great at their work. I was nervous about being in a mall, but the sounds of people walking around ended up blurring together as background noise and didn’t actually bother me at all. I completely agree with another reviewer’s tip to wear loose clothes because the massage is done with clothes on.

Easily the best mall massage I've had. The massage itself was amazing. It's clothes on, so I recommend wearing loose clothes. They used a combination of techniques to massage the stress and knots out of my back, and used lotion on hands, neck, and shoulder area. The foot massage was also really good. I work on my feet, and have done a lot of walking so it was much needed. Will be back if I'm in the area.

Let me start by stating this: Ask for Lucy or John. I enjoy them the best, Lucy is awesome. I started going here in 2012, but back then, they beat you up, too rough, and I like a hard massage. The one massage therapist I was seeing 11 years ago prior was located in the center walkways of the Arundel Mills Mall in front of the Samsonite luggage store near Bass Pro. Unfortunately, he became deathly ill, and the business folded. Kevin was the best, and he is missed. I pray he is healthy and doing well, but no way of ever finding out

So, I started going back to Natural Relaxation. They have improved a lot. Years ago, these massage mall therapists would beat you up, yet they improved and became more attentive and aware. They all seemed to have learned a new technique approximately at that same time. I eventually found Lucy, and she is awesome, almost as good as Kevin. I also found John when Lucy went back home to China for a couple of months. He is excellent as well.

I have never been forced to tip 30%, so I'm not sure where folks are getting that from, nor have I ever received attitude. The folks there are hard working and very accommodating. We are asked if we want to add gratuity if we pay by credit card before they run the card. But I have never been told what to tip. I am asked how much to tip. Again, this comes from a regular who has known this business since 2012.

I was really happy with my massage. They are rough, but will lighten up if you ask, and honestly the roughness is what your muscles need in a deep tissue massage so I recommend letting them use their own pressure. My body feels really good walking out of here, versus a regular spa your back usually hurts by the time you get back to the car. They did seem to bargain about a tip with my husband which I didn’t like, but in total we paid $100 for 2 30 minute massages between us, and that’s a steal for a deep tissue massage. I would go back here. (Yes it’s in the mall and not private, I recommend going in the morning if you can for some quiet.

Was good.. they try to hussel you for paying extra tip. I gave over 25%. Bill was almost $75.. I gave a $20 cash tip.. thought I'd get a thank you. Instead got a 2 to 3 questions if I would give $30 tip.. I said no and got a negative head shake... if I'm wrong for 25% tip and should left 40% my bad.. and go here. If they are wrong then go to the new place in the same mall that has little more respect. On top of that workers spoke to each other the entire time which could be a distraction to some.. I personally don't care but not even saying thank you to 25% tip will make me never go here again.

I visited this place April 23 2023. Usually I have high marks for this place. That changed today . First of all , the guy who provided the massage was very abrasive and rude. The massage itself was hard . When I informed him to lighten up he caught and attitude with me. I got a ten minute massage and felt worse leaving than coming in . Upon payment , be asked for five dollars . I asked why , he said that how much the tip is. I told him that I didn't have cash only card. He kept pressuring my wife and I for a cash tip. Don't go here

Honestly, don't get a massage here if you're not willing to bargain for tips. I brought my mother here for Mother's Day before lunch. While we were waiting for the next available person, we overheard the exchange at checkout.
A lady was checking out and stated "$15 tip for each person (2 people)" and the lady checking her out said
"how about $20 each?" Making the tip $40 total. My mom got a 60min massage which was $60 and I got a 20 min foot massage which was $25. I tipped $20 total on top of the check and the lady that did my feet was like "only $20" And started yelling obnoxiously in her language.
This was highly unprofessional and lady, a $10 tip on a $25 service is 40% tip. Get real. This is your business and you guys make profit off of it to begin with. 0/10 do not recommend.
