Usually deal with a lot of back and neck pain, which driving five hours didn't help. Was here visiting family. Stopped into New Relaxation. Nice staff. Great massage. $70/hr is a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend and will probably be back during future visits.

They upsold me and told me 20% tip was required . I paid for 60 mn session for a full body massage. At 50 mn the young lady told me that she wouldn’t have time to do my legs and feet and I have to get 30mn more which will cost me $110 total. My body was sore and I needed the full body so I agreed to it despite not having a budget for it. She did massage me well but upon checking out I gave her $10 tip and she told me that I have to tip her 20%. I found her to be dishonest and unethical so I would not recommend this place because they insult the clients intelligence.

We've been going to this place for years always had great service. Last trip I had a male therapist who was so rough I am bruised. Sorry to say I won't be back.

just got my first massage and it was fantastic! $70 for a full body massage. walked in feeling extremely tense and walked out feeling great. even bought my dad a gift certificate for father’s day. highly recommend Wendy! will for sure be back - going to be adding a monthly massage to my self care ?

Hands down best massages I have ever received!!! Kelly and Alice are amazing! I try to go every other week for self care and pain. It’s worth every cent for how rejuvenated I am when I leave. I have done the 90 minute massage each time which is $110 and tip at least 20% each time. They work so hard and deserve it. I highly recommend this place. Thank you so much ?

Called to see if they had an opening for a first time massage person. Lots of asain yelling. Was told i could do 30 min if I showed up in 5 min. I said that's fine since I live just down the road. I showed up, was originally told No appointment. After a lot of talk in another language over the speaker phone, i was told to take my shoes off and come walk 5 feet to a room.

I told the lady I only wanted my upper back worked on and she spent the first 10 minutes on my spine. Finally when she hit the knots on my back, I said Yep! Right there. She said "okay" and then quickly moved to my neck. Once she hit the knots on my left side. I said "Yes. Good spot." She said "Mmhmm" All I wanted was to have the knots worked out in my back. I explained this before, and during my massage. Above the shoulder blades, and out to the sides.

I left 30 min and $70 later with no less knots in my back than when I walked in with.

I just want the knots out of my back.

Dont go anywhere else. Cheapest prices but bring cash to tip! if you get a couples massage you will not be together but it's all worth it. Great strength, and they make it as quiet as they can with drip sounds and dark shades. The location isnt great but the ladies are.

I suffer from migraines and I have terrible muscle tension in my shoulders and neck. I’ve been to a new relaxation twice. Both times I had a headache when I arrived and both times I left without a headache. Today when I went, I had a terrible headache. Within 10 minutes. My muscles were relaxed. My headache was gone and the next 50 minutes were amazing. The staff is professional and very good at working out sore muscles. I will be back for sure.
