I have been going to r and b spa since my bbl surgery I had in Aug and literally the best place ever . I went and tried 2 other places and each time I knew I needed to go back to r&bspa . All the women are sweet . Service is great and Gina my therapist is a GOAT. 5 stars and if I could I would give 10000 . Literally my surgery wouldn’t of looked this good without them.

Had the BEST massage yesterday her with Yessi. It was the best massage! Very pleasant young lady, polite, very clean and nice music playing! I recommend this as your post op massage choice!

The massage techs are cool and you will have great results. S/o maria, arlette and Gina!! The front desk is extremely rude. Zero customer service. If this is your only option then go but id look for somewhere else who actually cares or at LEAST pretends to care about client retention and not just your money.

I went 16 days post op, and thought I would get the same treatment I was getting in Mexico, which was the ultrasound therapy and massages, that didn’t happen. I was just getting a light massage and no ultrasound, and I would tell each girl who saw me, how in Mexico I was getting the ultrasound therapy and massage, the only response I got was, “we don’t do that here”. Well on my last session, Gina was the only one who actually did it the right way, she did ultrasound and massage, I was so satisfied with Ginas treatment and tried to get more sessions with just her and according to them, that wasn’t possible, that I needed to go with who ever was available, well how do I do that when I’m not getting the necessary treatment with the rest. I feel ripped off with 5 sessions. Luckily I found a good place in Ontario and I’ve been going with that one person since and very reasonable in price, unlike this place. Obviously Not all their staff at RBD Day Spa know what they are doing.

I first came to RB Day Spa In early 2019 and was very happy & satisfied with the service that was provided. Management are very professional and friendly as well as the staff. Now in 2021 I am back with RB ? Now in a new building a more spacious and very clean modern office. I was able to get seen due to someone else canceling. What a blessing and what a relief it was. Much needed lymphatic massage. I met Georgina for the first time and what an excellent job she did. I left extremely happy & feeling better. I highly recommend RB Day Spa. No one can beat their prices. ? SATISFIED
