I feel that most if not all 5 star reviews are made from fake accounts in attempts from the owner to hide the hotels condition. Very dirty rooms How can duct tape covering holes be counted as repaired. Dead bug n roaches in both sleeping area and in bathroom. Black mold on the shower curtain. Booked thru priceline for $50.00 but office charged an additional $20.00 for some type of "deposit". Office main door was locked even when it was only 1:30pm. No shortage of pubic hair on the sheets once you roll back the top sheet. Went to plug in microwave to heat up some coffee and it shot sparks out the plug. Several rooms on the main floor have postings stating rooms are closed by ft worth health department. Hopefully I get my $20.00 deposit back. Otherwise will have to report them for scamming to the BBB.

Relax Inn was the worst place to ever stay! There was a rat and roaches and bedbugs?. The front office people are RUDE. They made me pay 70, and i didn't get my deposit back or a refund. I was gone for half of the day, and i came back, and the flower vase i had JUST gotten from my grandma was GONE. The next morning, i saw it at the front office, and i told them. They said it was theirs, and they STILL have it up!!!! A homeless guy came up to my car, and they were circling it. i felt SO unsafe! I had to move my car and call my husband to come get me cause i was so scared!

Decided to try this hotel, room was clean no bedbugs. Good place to sleep. The area isnt the best but no issues staying here.

Insects left and right, sketchy locals, many rooms outright closed due to health violations, shoddy cable and even worse wifi. You'd be better off pitching a tent in the grass.

Relax inn is absolutely disgusting. We walked in and it was apparent that no one had touched the room since the last guest or 5. Mystery splatters on the wall, the towels are yellow that’s how dirty they are. And the customer service is awful because when I showed him pictures he did not care, and wouldn’t give us a refund.
