Your response exemplifies your lack of professionalism and accountability.
1) I booked TWO services (wax and lamination, see the screenshot below), and I added ONE service (not "services" as you claim, which was a Tint) - which is irrelevant to my complaint about you making my daughter's eyebrows crooked/you performing the service incorrectly.
2) My daughter was late, but she was not fifteen minutes late. At 12:44 pm her Godmother text messaged me that she had signed in and filled out the form (see screenshot below), which obviously takes a few minutes, would have been well before 12:45 (the fifteen minutes late you claim my daughter was), AGAIN, irrelevant to YOU performing the service incorrectly.
3)As I stated in my original review "THE UNEVENNESS WASN'T IMMEDIATELY APPARENT" AND it was two days before my daughter's Sweet 15 (also mentioned), so my inability to message you sooner and "almost 12 hours after the service was provided" (as you stated) is once again, IRRELEVANT to my complaint about you making my daughter's eyebrows crooked/you performing the service incorrectly. Your service guarantee shouldn't be dependent on me contacting you within a few hours, I contacted you as soon as I was able to, and once I was home, and with pictures to prove her eyebrows were uneven.
4) Yes I declined for you to "remedy the issue" in the way you chose which was trying to fix my daughter's eyebrows because again as I said, we did not trust you to fix anything after the way you performed the service incorrectly.

Pictures have been added, including the screenshots referenced above since you want to deflect from the fact you performed the services poorly and lie about the circumstances surrounding my daughter's appointment in an attempt to make yourself look better.

Best of luck to you with building your clientele especially in light of your unprofessionalism.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:

My family drove over 1 hour round trip to have Ryan do my daughter’s wax/lamination/tint service for her Sweet 15, only two days away (which Ryan was aware of). Nonetheless, Ryan did poorly and left my daughter with uneven brows. The unevenness wasn’t immediately apparent because of how Ryan brushed the brows and the drastic change from how my daughter’s virgin brows looked. However, when we got home, it was apparent that my daughter’s brows were uneven and she was crying nonstop. I contacted Ryan, and she sent me the video she took of my daughter immediately after the service, and she asked where the brows were uneven. I sent her a picture with a clear line showing the difference between the brows.
Ryan asked if we could return so she could fix my daughter’s brows, but my daughter and I did not trust her to fix anything, considering how she left them in the first place. I asked Ryan if she could refund me half the price of the wax service (not the tint or lamination) due to the poor job, and she refused. Instead, she continued to suggest that we return to see her.
I believe Ryan’s refusal to return only half of the service price for a service she clearly did incorrectly was in bad faith.
Overall, Ryan Waxing Studio was a huge disappointment, and I would not recommend her services to anyone.

Ryan was inviting, punctual, attentive and precise. I told her my eyebrow journey and what I would like to see with this and future appointments.
