Relaxation Day Spa Nails & Tanning

This was only 4 days after getting an acrylic set put on with gel polish. Cuticles look terrible, gel is so thick and forming brown spots all over the polish, and the shapes don’t match. I asked for round almond shape. Very upset with the results of my service.

I’m being polite and giving 2 stars because of the cleanliness and sanitary tools used (not many places do) I was referred to this spot which is more expensive than what I am used to. My mani is terrible, I have polish still all around my fingers. The pedicure was nice until they wouldn’t remove the toe separators so I can walk out right (I’m obviously pretty pregnant & they knew that) they were a little pushy on spa services I cannot get right now during my pregnancy and I did nicely declined 3x & explained that. I was in sales & I understand but it was a little annoying. I gave her a nice tip and wasn’t offered a massage, given a thank you, or said goodbye too the 2x I walked out from the 15 workers still there or front receptionist. I forgot my keys and went back in, wasn’t even looked at. They were more concerned about cleaning and rushing out. It was still 30 minutes until closing. Pics available. I would of gave another chance until there was no appreciation at all. Not cheap or satisfied and I don’t ask for much. Just common courtesy and good customer service for the money i don’t have a lot of.

Terrible!! My technician was pushy and rude! When my hand was to go under the drying lamp, she would literally push my hand and rather roughly- when she wanted it back she would sound angry when motioning and grunting while tapping the table! She did what she wanted, not what I asked her to do! I left with ugly nails that I spent quite a bit on between the service charge and the tip (yes I still tipped her very well, -that’s my bad!) -my powdered gel nails were not shaped well over the nail bed & around the tip of nail was inconsistent (some areas thin, some areas thick and just plain ugly). What got me the most was she must have had an appointment waiting, because at a certain point of my service, she began focusing on the people waiting, then she was speeding through my nails so much, that I needed to remind her that she missed certain areas on my nails! It was so bad that I’m done with this place -period! You would think that with all the places in the surrounding area, this would encourage polite and professional service where the technician, (who is very seasoned by the way as she has been there for years) actually completes your nails as asked.

Just recently moved out here and I've been looking for a nail technician and decided to come here. First it took over 2.5 hours to do Gel pedi and dip podwer mani (with tips). The woman kept messing up on the polish then she tried to give me the wrong color when I asked for Black. After the nails were on for 6 days they started to crack and chip. Its been 10 days and I had to take the nails off myself leaving 4 out of the 10 cracked across the middle. The vost was $95 and I tipped $15 even after the poor customer service. I do not planon going back ever.

If I can give 0 stars i will!! Not responsible people, I m suppose to get my nails done at 10.15 and they said that they don't have any appointment and I was supposed to wait until 11!! Really rude, was my first time there, but they no see my anymore.

Randomly chose this place to get a fill in because I was pressed for time and in the area. BIG mistake. They took me right away, and the fill in was ok, but $71.00 NO WAY!!! Never again. No wonder the prices aren’t posted. Well at least I didn’t see them.

Rushed services. For a regular gel pedicure I thought it was over priced. I received a gel pedicure today and NEVER have I received a gel pedicure and have the nail polish come off. Came home today after getting my toes done and take my socks off and see this. WILL NOT be returning.

Have been getting the gel manicure (like acrylic but a gell that goes under the light to dry), a little more expensive, but they last 3 weeks without any lifting or breaking. So well worth the $$
