Well, took my wife for a couple massage here. The music volume was way low, and the conversation between the masseurs was way too high, really took away from the "relaxation" part of the experience. The one massaging me left the room for like 5 minutes at one point, and was texting throughout the massage. Her volume was not silent so we could hear the annoying *tick* of her iPhone as she formed her messages. She only massaged one of my feet. She probably forgot her place bc she had so much else going on. Its sad bc before they moved locations, I'd had a couple great experiences here, hence the reason for taking my wife. I will not be returning. They must be under new management or something.

Got a great massage here! Cindy asked me at the beginning where I was experiencing problems and worked from there - she helped work out several knots in my neck and shoulders and kept on asking how it felt and if she should go any harder. Additionally, parking was super convenient and the place was kept super clean. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing massage!

Update: 2024: Ali & Cindy continue to do a wonderful job. I highly recommend their Spa. Their new massage therapist, Tina is extremely good.

Co-owners, Ali & Cindy opened up this location shortly after the pandemic. The rooms are spacious and always have soothing music in the background to help calm your spirit.

I find the staff to be very professional and client oriented. Cindy and Ali are great massage therapists. If I walk in tired and stressed, I always walk out feeling relaxed and refreshed. I try a different masseuse each time to get exposed to a diversity of massage techniques. I highly recommend Relaxation & Health Spa.

I came here yesterday to help my good friend decorate the house. After a day, my body felt very tired, so I came to this store. The first thing I felt when I first came in was that it was clean and quiet. The music in the store made me feel like I was floating in the sky , calm and comfortable. The massage technician can actually massage Thai. After 90 minutes of massage, my body was greatly relaxed and the pain was relieved. I like this place very much. We will meet here again next time.

Upon entering my 6 pm 90 minute deep tissue massage appointment, Cindy (in very limited English) indicated for me to wait in the waiting room for her a couple of minutes. So we finally go upstairs at 6:07, then she tells me to get ready without providing any sheet to cover myself with and went to use the bathroom (I heard the flush). When I asked for something to cover myself with, she first handed me a small towel, then a rumpled up twin sheet. Once the massage started I thought maybe it’s ok to overlook the weird start because she was providing deep pressure and did help relieve me of my migraine. My shoulders were also really tight and I did not get relief there but she did try. Around 7 she got a phone call, that she picked up, then spent the next 7-8 minutes DURING MY MASSAGE calling and picking up phone calls between 2 different phones multiple times. When the massage was done she did not even leave to give me privacy to change back, but instead she straightened up MY USED sheets, including the one I put my face on and folded the sheet I used to cover myself, and went downstairs where there was a gentleman waiting. When I saw she didn’t change or remove my sheets after my massage, it confirmed my original suspicion that the sheets I went on were not fresh. Suffice it to say I went home very disgusted and unsatisfied.

With the recent stress of the holiday season, I decided to treat myself to a massage. I stumbled across this place online, and figured Id give it a try.
The massage room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, and the masseuses we're extremely sweet and attentive. The massage itself was terrific! I left the parlor feeling like a new person. If you're in need of a massage, I highly recommend this parlor - you won't be disappointed!
