This is the worst health care services offered by this Relex care their should be no star.
Second time denies me for the lab tests on Saying all slots(5) are booked and only 3 persons to take samples.
Mr Krishna calls me and he was first reluctant to tell me his designation as the Manager(I doubt) and saying they need 45 mins for taking one sample he says that's how they work , 3 kms away from my house they have a visit i requested to take sample he totally denies to visit. without even checking with the persons ,He tells me to read their terms and conditions.
With the bills they have provided.
These were not informed to us while booking for their services....we booked for one year believing the sales person.
How come one believes that the health care services are closing for holidays and on Sunday.
Actually customer's should take leave to take their services...... pathetic.
Moreover they don't refund the amount paid.....

They put a camp in our society last year. I subscribed their service for checkup and buying medicine, by paying all the amount in advance.
They never turned up without calling multiple times to do the checkup. They hardly came 4 times in a complete year. They are only interested in selling the medicines which are available in any shop at 20% discounted rates.
I do not recommend to use their services as it's a wastage of your hard earned money.

Not supportive team and employees. Whenever we called for lab tests simply giving reasons and avoiding our calls. Query handler person also not interested for our concern.unfortunately we have taken yearly membership and now they are denying to give service and no refund. Very pathetic.employee named Krishna denied to transfer the call to manager and denied for the lab test again and not refunding our money also. Very cheating organization. Not at all helpful for the people.blindly we lost our money

Update: They took the complaint seriously and issued the refund. Also apologized for the miss in service.

I signed up for a monthly check for 1 year. After the first 3 months, they do not turn up on given time. They give home visit times on weekdays like 12 noon and do not turn up. Finally now they do not return the call knowing that I have asked for a refund for lack of service

Relex in no more customer friendly now. They have made the purchase and return very complicated. More over no more commitment and punctuality exist. With normal discount price, one has to wait for 2 days for delivery and that too not on promised time. They are behaving as if they are providing medicine on charity basis. No commitment on time, no value to customers hard earned money, no returns beyond 48 hrs. All monopoly policies on urgent medicines too. Dear relex, mind you, are a medicine service provider and not consumer goods provider.

They are bringing ‘free diabetes check‘ to our Gokulam apt.complex today and want us to register for the same. Right from the morning I am trying without success. Every time I complete details, the site rotates and brings up the form wanting me to fill all details again. Pathetic.

It's been 6 days I haven't received my package nor I have been responded . Such a useless service. The worst service. It's better to buy from a store or other sites. Never use this site if u don't want to waste your money . Now also I haven't recieved my package everytime they will say it's in transit . Never buy.
