Tim Toohig's knowledge and expertise is unmatched. He helped to ensure that we found the perfect home for our family in the midst of a crazy market. He knows the entire Roanoke Valley and surrounding areas well, and could always answer any questions we had about neighborhoods or school districts. He explained each step of the buying process in depth and made sure to keep us updated as we went through each step. Tim is very responsive to requests for information, and if he didn't answer his phone when we called, he always called back immediately. He used his 43 years of expertise to help us draft the perfect contract when we found our home, and made the negotiation process smooth when the sellers came back with a counter offer. He also communicated well with our lender. Although I don't plan on leaving our new home any time soon, I would highly recommend Tim to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. Tim Toohig was a great help when it came to selling our home. Prior to listing it, he came to the house and made several recommendations on how to make the house more attractive to potential buyers. Throughout the process, he kept us well informed and provided great advice during the negotiation process. Our aunt is elderly and had gotten into a desperate situation financially. We believe Mack Garmon took full advantage of her terrible situation and offered to, "fix" her problem by giving her money for her home, on the down-low. She regrets it but is scared to talk to Mack. Her home was valued well over $300k with improvements and he took advantage and convinced her to sell it to him for $125k, CROOK! I contacted his boss and his boss said he used a loophole by buying it personally but made sure she signed a waiver that states he wasn't acting as a representative of REMAX. Seems to me, he had the upperhand and should be ashamed for what he has done. Isn't a real estate license given to agents that have integrity? I guess not in VIRGINIA!
I am just editing my review to make sure everyone knows that Mack Garmon profited as a realtor from my aunt, tsk tsk, having responsibility for the public must not be important to you. I hope at this point, you broker has realized your dealings before you get him in trouble.

Mack Garmon advised us of how to prepare our condo for sale. We followed Macks advice and it proved to be a success. The property sold in 4 hours for more money than similar units in the complex had sold for recently. Mack also sold us a House in Salem Va the previous year and negotiated a great price. He is our go to man for any future real estate transaction. If I could give 10 stars I would!
