Homeowners beware. I left multiple messages, text, and called trying to get ahold of someone for a home with no contact. It said Gilbert J Santiago was the agent, and they’re not working on the owner’s behalf at all. No wonder the home is listed for 60+ days on the market. Very unprofessional, find you someone else to work with

Eva Bradley is AMAZING! We have bought two home with her as our agent and sold one. My husband and I are extremely picky and she never made us feel like we were asking for too much. She even sold our home before we had picked one out. 26 days of being homeless was different but she worked until we found the right home. Pepper Bubak is an amazing Reator. I love the way she explains things on the MLS screen. She is thoughtful showing us many options along the idea of what were looking for. I imagine we are some of the hardest clients she has worked with and yet she remains optimistic and uplifting.

James Feist contracted me to do a service call on a range for a rental customer. The agreement was that he would pay me with a credit card over the phone at the time of service. He had used me before so when I could not reach him i assumed he would call me back. Weeks later I am still waiting to be paid when the "owner" gets back from a trip out of the country.
The amount was only $43.28 because I gave him the usual 50% discount for realtors who use me regularly.
He tried the old "if you don't want my business" line.
