Karen Osborn is an associate of Flower Mound ReMax, she appears to do well for herself, a very beautiful home.

I wonder if her entire career was built on the efforts of small business owners, or is it her success that's made elevated hercto entitlement?

She is using the time and efforts
of misc contractors to enhance her home. Only for her to breech contracts, not pay her contractual obligations and even ghost industry professionals.

She hired me for roof designs and construction documents. After enhancing her insurance claim with a roofing inspection that was supposed to equal "future work," ... she never hired.

Then having myself complete several edits to designs and approve the floorplan proposal, only to ghost me once documents were processed and the bill came due.

Trade professionals that build their careers on the back of other small business owners are an embarrassment. I wonder how long that trail of broken agreements carries-on?

Makes it hard for me, as a service professional, to give referral discounts. Just because they offer future work, doesn't mean they value your time, like you value your time.

Life can be hard enough to navigate. Don't make one of your largest investments with someone that can't find her way to do the right thing by her own agreements.

Pamela Boyd earns at least 5 stars for representing and steering me so attentively & professionally through my recent home purchase - made all the more of a challenge due to health and family limitations. Pam was both personable, and the consummate professional! And of the two agents, she appeared to have the better grasp of current real estate law - catching details the other agent missed altogether - which was of material benefit to me with respect to more than one detail. Pamela was attentive to all of my concerns and questions; she was accessible to me whenever I had a question or concern; and she ensured that all agents, inspectors, appraisers, mortgage, insurance, and title professionals, had everything they needed from me - either before or when they needed it (no small task) - AND completed their requisite tasks on time so that closing occurred without a glitch! Absolutely the BEST!! He was so knowledgeable, so patient, so nice and fun!! Helped us understand the process of buying a home (first time home buyers!).
