I worked with Nate Verran and the Neale Estate group to purchase my first home. As a solo buyer, with zero experience in the housing market, I relied heavily on the expertise and advice of Nate. He was recommended to me by a close friend who had also received a recommendation for him before that.

When I met Nate he immediately made me feel at ease. He was genuine and respectful, not at all pushy or hard sell and I knew this was someone that I could entrust to help me and act in my best interests.

I loved the first place I saw, which was awesome, but also made me feel a bit apprehensive. Was I being naive finding something at first look that checked all the boxes? Nate suggested we take our time and look at some other options that might meet my needs and continued to seek out options for me. We went to check out a couple more, and again there was heaps of time, no pressure and honest thoughts, and it helped me to feel confident in my mind that the first place really was the one.

Nate helped me throughout the sales process, he was available and responsive. He didn't make me feel like any of my questions were silly which made me feel confident and empowered. He negotiated on my behalf to get a great price that I was happy with, and also helped me negotiate purchase of some furniture items that fitted the space. He made the whole thing feel easy and even helped to arrange a visit to the new place for my parents in town from the UK before I took possession.

The Neale Estate Group provided moving boxes, access to a van, even pizza for the friends I had roped it to help me move! It was an excellent experience that helped to make that first time buy really special and a monumental life moment. Thank you!!

Karol Power found me the condo that I love. She helped me sell my home that was hard to leave but she got me through it! all the advertisements, video and photos were more than I expected. I would recommend Karol to all my friends. My son was very impressed with Karol and sold many homes but never had an agent as good as Karol. If I rate out of 10 she get5s an 11! We planned to move to Victoria from another province and sought Tom’s help to find us a new home. For several months, he sent us listings of potential properties, which helped us get a good sense of what might suit us. When we found one listing that we were especially interested in, he interrupted his vacation to help us negotiate an offer which was accepted.
