First time here. Massage itself was fine -no complaints. A couple of points that may help other folks who may have not been here before. There is no parking except paid meters on the street. There is no receptionist so the clinic door is locked. I didn't know before coming so stood out in the rain ringing the door bell and had to wait in my car until my appointment time. She also takes e transfer rather than bill a credit card, which does help to keep the cost down for the practice -i get that for a small business - but there was a small interac transfer fee that my banked charged me as result. Not a big deal but good to know for first timers for the practice. Photo on Google I think was their old location?

Elizabeth is a wonderful massage therapist. Very knowledgeable and professional. I have received prenatal massage from her a couple of times and I am very satisfied with her service. She is very accommodating and understanding - which is rare nowadays. I have had a prenatal massage before but was not even a 1 star compared to her. She has proper equipment, provides a nice atmosphere and there is always available parking on the street. I hope to remain a customer even if I move!

My mom recommended I see Elizabeth as I suffer from neck pain. I've seen various RMTs before for my neck pain and didn't feel the results were enough to continue treatments. After one treatment with Elizabeth I immediately noticed a difference, my neck was not nearly as stiff, mobility increased, and the constant achy pain was gone. She is incredible and delivers results. She really works with you to figure out what is best for your needs and explains the process. She is incredibly professional, friendly, and accommodating.
