I am yogendra gautam from pardi, nagpur. I have purchased hunter 350 from your dealer located on chaprunagar, CA Road, nagpur before 3 month, I have finance this bike from idfc bank and paid 2 emi on regular basis this month's emi I bounced the reason behind that I discussed with IDFC bank and I paid this emi also with the bounce charges and intrest too. But yesterday 6.30 clock my reference got a call from this dealerships employee I don't know she is employee or not because when I talk to her. She told me I am IDFC employee and royal Enfield employee too and she demad me for emi and behave like a stupid and her language is like a "chapri". Her name is Rashmi Sontakke she told me. She told me "tu aaya tha finance karne yaha waha ghum ke... 1-2-1 aake mil etc. please help me for this matter otherwise I'll troll her and put this all matter on social media. I am asking to you if I paid emi then how she demand me for emi and how can anyone do the 2 jobs at same time ? And if she is your employee and bank too then how does she don't know I have paid the emi or not? If you were a employee of both bank and royal Enfield too then how does you don't know I have paid the emi or not and other thing is who give you permission to talk your customer to talk like "tapori which is stay beside the road" ?

You can check shree Krishna automobiles CCTV camera how shoddy behaviour of her.

Worst experience ever

I purchased my hunter 350 on 7th September 2024. I opted for all the suggested accessories but the back rest was not available during the time of delivery. The staff promised they will provide the back rest in 2 days but now it's day 20th and I still haven't received the back rest. The team doesn't respond to me any more "The so-called you are a part of the Royal Enfield family" is the biggest scam. No one provides a timeline and update and can only make fake promises.

Worst Royal Enfield Showroom with Worst Service experience I live in kanhan 25 km away from it I came here for my 4th service at 12.30 pm it's only a general checkup and washing service they told me my classic 350 will be serviced till 2.50 pm because it's only a general checkup and washing but they are giving my bike at 5 pm I was literally waiting for 4.30 hrs for just washing and general checkup they don't have a single value of time regarding customers and also charging labour charges of 53 rupees in a free service for opening my front wheel for changing brake pads and calling me before service for servicing and when I appointed my service on call for 12.30 pm after going there they are telling me that on call appointment are not used in the showroom
Just wasted my 4.30 hrs for washing and check up i will never go there again

Not good experience they took 2 days for dropping of vehicle also their delivery boys didn't wear helmet if it would fined for not wearing helmet who would' be responsible for that so very casual approach by service centre
