I went in for a massage because my back had been killing me and I need to feel better to go back to work. I was met by a woman who asked which massage I wanted and informed that they only take cash, but Zelle could be used. I was hesitant because I feel like Zelle can increase the risk of scams, but in so much pain I needed a massage. I was told I had to pay for the massage upfront and the woman attempted to look at my device while I made the transaction. She was staring at my bank account, where would this be okay? The place I normally go charges at the end of the massage. I was taken into the room by the woman and got undressed and on the table. Then a man shows up to do the massage and due to being undressed I couldn’t get a good look at who would be touching me. This is in no way trauma informed. He began my massage, said nothing to me other than turn over and finished. He did not ask about the pressure I wanted or what I wanted to focus on. He left the room twice, once for supplies and only fully closed the door once. When I was done and dressed I went out to the lobby to find both him and the woman that initially greeted me there to insist I give him a tip. They did provide me with room temperature water. But literally stood between me and the door until I tipped. If I felt 100% physically I would have just walked out but didn’t know what kind of resistance they would put up. Tips should never be forced or coerced. With all the noise from the tattoo shop, the room being both hot and cold, the very cheap material on the table to cover you, the unknown status of hygiene or the table and the hands of the person massaging me, and the painful massage I was given I feel the $65 I paid for the massage was enough. I always tip to clarify, but being forced to do so is absurd. I will not be going back.

I called before walking in today to ask if they take walk ins and she rudely said yes and hung up before I got to reply I came over to get a massage anyway because of the good reviews and she asked me rudely what do you want and I said a deep tissue massage a 60 minute one and she said that’s 65 pay right now I have never experienced something like this before they’re just plain rude I walked out all I wanted was a massage! Be AWARE! Idk if they’re islamaphobic and or racist?

They are extremely kind and listen to your spots not to massage due to possible pain or issues in that area. I’m incredibly pleased with the service provided by this establishment and have been coming here for over almost 2 years. So happy that I found a massage therapist that has the ability to really do well especially with my size being a big guy.

I went in for a massage,the man was sick and coughing continuously. I said I didn't want the massage and since you have to pay before the massage,they would not refund me. Not only did he not refund me but added a$10 tip for himself.
I was very angry and will definitely never go back

I usually go every 6 weeks for the last 2 years. I noticed that they had remodeled and set up more privacy. I just read all these reviews and everything that people have mentioned, they fixed.

Yesterday, I was in terrible pain in my shoulder. I was able to tell Toni exactly where I was hurting. Today, the pain is gone! Usually I just go there to relax and relive the tension.

It is true that the communication is not the easiest but I have a finger and point. They try really hard to smile and make sure you feel comfortable. To be honest, I am not interested in talking during my massage.

This place charges basically $1 per minute which is so much better than other places. It is extremely clean and relaxing. I always fell great when I leave so I highly recommend Silk Touch.

Even though I pass this place all the time I've never been there until today, and it was amazing. I get massages probably once a month (and have for the past 4 years+), so I know a good massage when I feel one. This place was so relaxing and the masseuse was perfect at reflexology. I got a 30 min reflexology and 30 min body massage. I could feel my nerves relaxing, circulation increasing throughout my body, and I literally felt knots in my shoulders/upper back let go. Definitely go here if you're in the area and needing a mind/body relaxation!
