We started off in a room that had several problems. I had just been released from the hospital and didn't report the issues for 3 days because I was feeling terrible. Once I reported the issues, everything was taken care of. The staff and management at this motel are EXCEPTIONAL!! They are quick to make everything right, and they are incredibly kind, understanding, and professional. I have had to stay in several motels recently and I used to travel every two weeks for business for 15 years. The service here rivals the five star hotels, both domestic and international, that I have stayed at during all my travels. The rooms are clean and nicely appointed. I can't recommend more than five stars. If I could, I would give them 10 stars. If you want to rent a nice, clean room and have great service from the housekeeper to management, this is where you should stay. Best value and exceptionally clean and well managed. Shout out to all employees who work at this location. And, no, this IS NOT a fake review. Thank you Sonesta Suites. ?

The reviews on “booking” are great. However, the reviews on “google” is a little sketchy and once I pulled that up it did scare me a little. Once we pulled up to the hotel and seeing the exterior that did not help either but actually walking into the hotel gave me a sense of relief. The hotel lobby is actually very nice. We arrived super early but the guy in the front was super cool and said he would try to have the room ready for us by 12. The room ended up being ready closer to 1 which is still great. We had a king suite, the room was very spacious but definitely had its cons. The cons were the carpet need to be cleaned there were a lot of spots on the floor and the couch. The outlets near the beds that are connected to the lights did not work at all. The balcony needs to be pressure washed it was very filthy. The pros are of course the room was spacious, the bed was super comfortable and it was very quiet in the hotel. The hotel is in a very good location everything was less than 20 minutes away. The hotel is affordable and great for the price overall.

I rarely write reviews, unless I experience something exceptional. In this case, there is an employee named Jay who is courteous, friendly, and accommodating to the point that I always return to this hotel. I have watched how he interacts with other guests, and see the same gracious spirit always. He has the perfect personality for this job. In a world in which few people seem to care about customer service, he is the perfect exception.

Really enjoyed this hotel and location. Good service, rooms were pretty clean, good illumination outside especially around the cars parked. Super quiet and peaceful. Will return!

We've spent the last 3 days at this hotel, and the rooms were spacious with comfy beds and a view of the pool. After 2 days, they upgraded us to a suite room, which was absolutely fabulous. We decided to take a dip in the pool one day, and it was sparkling clean. Our stay at this hotel has truly been the highlight of our trip so far. The location was also very convenient.

Unfortunately upon checking into my room, I found a used syringe underneath the mattress of one of my beds. I was then moved to a different room where I found a peach pit on the floor, sticky and stained walls, and unclean linen. Due to these conditions I chose not to stay and cancel my reservation. Jay at the front desk is a SUPERSTAR! He was very welcoming, kind, and helpful. Outstanding service from him. I’m not sure where the disconnect is with house keeping as I watch them thoroughly clean the lobby however the rooms don’t match the same cleanliness. Outside of that, the pool & fitness areas looked to be nice.

Upon realizing we’d booked with points the tone of the check in agent changed, just a slight shift that made it feel we weren’t as welcome as full pay guests.

We traveled up to the third floor where our key lights the door green but you cannot open it. We try several different ways and with each key before traveling back down to the front desk.

Now instead of just believing us and solving the issue with a room change the agent asks a bunch of questions making it seem as if we were the issue and hadn’t tried the right combination. He makes a show of us all going back up to the room so he can see for himself.

Where he also fails several times to open the door. Again the solution of changing rooms is not forthcoming. We suggest that perhaps this isn’t a solution even if he can find the right trick to open the door. He continues to insist that if you just xyz it will open. Again we say that’s not a solution, a new room is prudent. He fails several more times before giving up and whining about how there is very few rooms of that type.

We go back down. Of course during all this he made no effort to enhance our experience. There was no apology for the room, no offer to carry bags, wait with a drink etc.

Now with a new room on the 4th floor we head up. This time the light only turns red. Back down we go.

We are told “I’ve gone ahead and put you on the 5th floor”. Like it’s a reward, no apology, no effort to make up for the 20 minutes of theatrics to finally get in a room.

3 rooms and 4 trips up the elevator. When we finally get in a room it smells damp.

Disappointing for a night away for a concert.
