I bought a small affordable paddle about a month ago from here. I’ve only used it a handful of times but the last time I used it a strip of steel plate came out the end injuring my partner before flying across the room. I was certain that given the product broke after a few uses and resulted in an injury the staff members would want to make things right. However I was told that they don’t do exchanges. Exchanges? Bro I’m not here because I don’t like the colour. They sold me a product that broke and sent a sharp piece of metal flying out. I’m significantly disappointed with the customer service in this experience and would suggest people carefully consider the warranty of products from this store before purchasing.

Best Shopping Experience Ever!

This was my first time visiting such a big store, and it was incredible. They have everything you could possibly need under one roof! The entire experience was fantastic, but what stood out the most was the cashier—so kind, attentive, and seemed to know exactly what I needed without me saying much.

I couldn't wait to write this review as soon as I got home. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would—this place deserves 10/5! I'll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

The assistant manager was great to deal with. Humorous, knowledgeable, loves her job, blunt, accurate and great sense of humour. I hadn’t been in this store in years and will now be coming back. Thank you unnamed assistant manager. Have a great trip and vacation!
