We traveled with 4. Stayed in one of the Apartments for up to 8.
Well, I don't want to imagine to try and stay with more than 4. Rooms are very small.
But they are clean throughout.
Staff is friendly and helpful.
Breakfast is very good.

Nice hotel. Rooms are a little dated but clean. Above average hotel breakfast. Evening reception with 2 alcohol beverages and basically a meal. Restaurants and coffee shop within walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

This is hands down our favorite hotel for traveling with our family. The suites are so great, the breakfast is amazing, and everyone who works here is so kind and accommodating. Ell is such a kind person, and during our last trip here a few weeks back really engaged with our kiddos as they were asking questions about pool toys (: and the Fayetteville area, and Tony was so kind to clean up after our mess and tell us that it was totally ok and thats what he was here to do when we had some people over in the lobby area. We love love love this hotel!!

Stayed and room was infested with Fleas. When I informed the front desk - I was told that they would take care of it before the next guest checked in. I have reached out to management several times and have never heard back from anyone. Guess they don’t want my business

I now understand the attraction to this place despite the cost. It's well worth the extra amount for what's included in your stay. Outside of the pool being out of service for maintenance, the rooms are beyond top notch. It's basically a small apartment (single) with the most awesome water pressure throughout the entire building!! It was like being in a spa without the cost. The staff is wonderful (excluding a kitchen worker) as they were all friendly and willing to assist in almost any accommodation requested. The only other place I encountered such great service is The Avid. The food was delicious and I do miss the social supper offered Mon-Thurs 5:30p-7:30p for guests to relax after a long meeting or shopping or whatever the reason. The breakfast was like no other as they constantly made sure there was plenty for everyone or they were willing to make more if needed unlike Homewood Suites. If you're an IHG member, I encourage and insist on spending the extra $ for booking a stay here either for a sporting event or a getaway as you won't be disappointed or shouldn't be disappointed unless you have some problems enjoying life.
