I just spent the last two weeks here on a business trip. Absolutely loved it! The employee that greeted me, the first night was Amanda. She was Amazing, and customer service was high! The remaining time I was there, she always greeted me in a way that made me feel like we had known each other our whole lives. The other employees were friendly as well. I had no issues the entire time. I will push to stay here in the future for any more trips to this area. They have a wall from other guests that showed their appreciation with cards. An amazing experience.

The staff was very friendly. This pet friendly hotel was very nice. The bed was so very comfortable. After a 12 hour drive, that comfortable bed was a blessing. They do serve breakfast. They had omelet and fruit sausage and cereal. The best thing is it's free. Free coffee free orange juice!! ( Take note from them, Hilton!!!) There was plenty of parking. It was so quiet there. I'm grateful for that as we were tired and wanted to relax in peace and quiet. They put a silver Star on our door for being Diamond Elites! How fun and awesome!! The only thing I would ask is that they start carrying post cards for their state. We stay at a lot of Staybridge hotels, and only one sold them. We all travel, and I buy them in every state. Make it easier for us to just buy it from you. It would be appreciated. Having stamps or book of stamps would be appreciated as well. I carry a book of stamps with me. So please consider carrying post cards for your state for your traveling customers to purchase. It's so beautiful here!!

I loved this hotel but didn't like the fact that they took $250 out of my account for a deposit and didn't return it to my account for 10 business days. We stayed here because my husband is a patient at UAMS. We didn't expect the extra money to be taken out. We would stay there again but because of the money the hotel took we won't

We came from Texas and stopped here as a midway point to Kentucky and we liked it here so much we booked on the way back as well. It’s quiet, rooms are clean and comfortable. Location is convenient for restaurants or close by gas stations to gas up. We booked a suite with double queen separate room apart from mini kitchen and living room. It was great for our family

I was at this property for two nights and my stay was great. From the moment we arrived and until the moment we left, the staff: Amanda, Tracy and Nancy were all GREAT!! They made my family and I feel like we were at home. The AC in the room was great for the hot summer heat. We were able to partake in the cocktail social provided for the guests on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. This will definitely be one of the top choices for future stays when I visit Little Rock.

This is a good hotel with very well appointed rooms, nicely designed. It is well deserving of its posted 9.2 rating. The breakfast was small but sufficient and the common spaces were nice with some activities like games and coloring for the kids. Nancy at the desk went above and beyond to make our stay great.

I really enjoyed my stay. I was there three nights for a business conference being held across the street. The hotel is in walking distance of the mall, although using a ride share might be better if you want to avoid walking under the freeway. There are also several restaurants on the same side as the hotel and convenience stores.
The rooms were clean and I loved the Dove soap/shampoo/ conditioner/lotion. Free breakfast is offered, and they have a pretty good offering. In the evening, there's also a happy hour with some food offerings. I didn't indulge, so I couldn't tell you what food was offered. Staff is friendly. The courtyard is peaceful, and has two outdoor kitchens. Really enjoyed my stay. It's also convenient to the airport and downtown. I wasn't more than 15 minutes from the places I visited around town.

Overall stay was ok, however there was NO hot water in showers in the evening or morning. It was ice cold. Curtains were broke at top letting in a very bright light right outside on the first floor. Had to make-shift with a hanger from the closet to keep closed on both windows. Check in staff told us to have a seat because she was getting things ready and would call us up, this was a few minutes before 3pm, but then proceeded to help other guests that came in after us. Breakfast was mid. The biscuits were great but what was supposed to be sausage gravy was very watered down and runny. The waffles were good and the drink selections were good including sodas. There were a lot of wandering homeless around the area.
