This property was very luxurious. Everything was very neat and clean and perfect. Food was very delicious and all services was perfectly fine. The staff was very humble and polite especially I would like to mentioned the name Ms. Sudha ||Must try once in that area if you plan to stay. Over all a good experience.

I travelled with my family for a trip to kanha on new year eve and I had horrible experience with such a prestigious resort group . We had booked 2 rooms in which the surroundings of the machan villa was so dirty that you can't even sit for more than 2 mins . The outside shower which shows in the photo was kept locked due to the dirt.

The tent house again due to dew was smelling like hell as soon as you enter you find a smelling mattress kept which no one came to pick...

Food -:

The major disappointed where in the day i entered the resort i was told there are no starters and you can order only 1 item out of 2 . Me after 5 mins looking at other table where starters were ordered and served had to call the reception post which after completing my lunch i was served starters .

The biggest fraud was the gala dinner in the new year eve . The food was so bad that instead of enjoying the new year . I had to go back and sleep .

The chef is excellent. All the staff go overboard in courtesy. Activity manager is a gem. Do take the jungle cycle safari. Stay is a delight.
Difficult to reach due to poor location markers. Also I don't 18% GST on food items is correctly charged.
