I have had nothing but amazing experiences with Kierra. I’ve seen her for postpartum abdominal massages as well as treatments post car accident and most recently with my 2 1/2 year-old child for restless sleep. We have been struggling for a month and a half of restless sleep, and night terrors. When I mentioned this to Kierra, she told me to bring my son in and what a world of a difference it has made. I come out of her treatment room, feeling very validated, relaxed, and at ease from pain. Her calm demeanor and inviting workspace helps calm the mind after a busy day. I highly recommend Kierra and her services.

If you are struggling with digestive issues/bloating/abdominal discomfort, I would strongly recommend Kierra at Teal Lotus Massage Therapy for instant relief and total relaxation. She is one of a small handful of RMTs in this area that practice this unique type of massage. She plays soothing music, has dimmed lights, pleasant massage oil, and a comfortable heated massage table. In addition to this, she has the most lovely down-to-earth quirky personality that puts you instantly at ease. I am a big fan and highly recommend her!!

I have been interested in Maya Abdominal Therapy for a while now since I discussed it with Kierra. I am a late 30s woman who does often feel compressed in the mid-section, bloated. I am starting a fertility journey and was a feeling a little disconnected with myself. I will start by saying that having massage on your mid-section is not something you really consider. I cant really describe it but I felt really held and cared for; especially as it was treatment given by another woman. It was such a calming and almost emotive experience. After the first session I felt like I have more energy and I was sleeping through the night. It might be a combination of some other factors but I definitely think my first session had something to do with it. Kierra is such a beautiful soul who is open and friendly. Her professionalism is equal to her caring nature. Please try this therapy!

I went to Kierra to experience abdominal massage for the first time. After a thorough and friendly chat through my medical history, personal experience, and goals for massage therapy, I received an hour of relaxing and releasing massage. Kierra is a true professional, with sure hands and a great intuition of the body. Feeling so at ease in my body even hours later.
She also gave me some helpful tips and exercises afterwards to try at home. And, her office/working space was professional, clean, and beautiful.
