The massage was good however they force you to leave an extraordinary amount of tip AND my friend had left her jewelry by mistake. When she called to retrieve it they insisted they didn’t have it at first. Then, they sent her a picture of only the earrings and not the bracelets (which were more expensive) and told her she had to be responsible with her belongings. If they located the earrings, they should’ve located the bracelets as well since they were all together. Good massage, terrible costumer service experience!

I had booked and an appointment a 90 minutes couple massage with my husband. It was fantastic. The place was so relaxing and beautiful. We had the combination of Thai stretching and deep tissue. My therapist was really experienced. They fixed our issue from the shoulders and back pain. We felt like a new person. They knew exactly what the spots. The staff was so friendly and great service. We definitely be back. We loved it!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this massage place. After my session, I accidentally left my belongings under the pillow. When I called to retrieve them, I was informed that only my earrings were found, but the rest of my items were missing. This has raised serious concerns about the trustworthiness and honesty of the staff. I expected a safe and professional environment, but unfortunately, that was not the case. I cannot recommend this place to others and urge them to take better care of their customers’ property.

We booked a 90 minute body massage + 30 minute facial. First when we arrived they keep asking us if we wanted a facial, and I kept saying yes it comes with the facial. So they finally agreed and then we started at 8pm however we booked for 7:45pm but we had to get ready. The massage was good. However it was not 90 minutes barely 60. The facial was not good! Do not let them touch your face. But the worst part was at the end when we let them know this was not the two hours that we paid for which was almost $200 then they had the nerve to say there’s a gratuity charge of $20 per hour. Which should have been brought up a head of time. Honestly the place was not very clean or comfortable not worth the price.

I explained some long standing issues with both my shoulder and hip before my massage, Then I told Nan when she went to the farthest point of range.

She insisted more than once I was wrong. At one point as she tried to keep pushing on my shoulder as my whole trunk moved to accommodate the pressure - because there just no range range left: she was leavering my whole body on this funky shoulder. I pointed out that look, you're not stretching the shoulder here: your moving the rest of my body at the point the the shoulder stopped being able to move. Blank look.

One of my hips is blocked at flexion end range with internal rotation: it pinches. It's a hard stop. She insisted - oh, it can go farther.

I mean, I said no. It cannot.

But I left realizing I should have made a point of telling this woman that no means no, damn it.

I hated that she had no regard for the wisdom of the body. I hated that she told me what I am experiencing is wrong.

Are these folks licensed?

Literally the best place ever to go for a proper Thai massage. Would recommend for sure! Staff are experienced, polite and friendly.

My sister and l booked a couples massage for 60 minutes session with the hot coconut oil. WOW it was amazing!! The place is beautiful, clean and relaxing. My masseuse took careful considerations into the specific points of focus on. I had issues with my back and shoulders. It totally much better and got fixed after the session. Would definitely come back again if I visit NYC again!
