I highly recommend Oliver Critchlow to anyone looking for an exceptional and effective massage therapist. He has helped my body recover from stress, pain, and the toll of long hours on my feet many times. After just an hour with him, I always feel renewed and healthy again!

Be warned, though—sessions with Ollie can be addictive! Once you experience his expertise, you'll want to keep coming back.

The massage space is also fantastic—calm, quiet, and inviting. The subtle and pleasant aromas greet you at the front desk and follow you to the treatment room, where the true magic of healing begins.

I feel so fortunate to have found this place and will recommend it to anyone in Essex County who needs to restore their body and mind.

Cozy, calming atmosphere. Service providers are super friendly and personable. A place like no other for a client-friendly vibe and a welcoming feeling. Services offered are massage, reflexology and psychological counselling. A small self-care shop is operating there as well for items like candles, essential oils, and body care. Would highly recommend all services. Providers are professional and are strict in following quality standard hygiene and privacy protocols.

Ollie and Jess have created an amazing welcoming, cozy space to relax and unwind. Their little shop has so many things to aide in self care and wellness and the aroma adds a calming effect as soon as you walk through the door! I truly don’t want to tell you just how good Ollie is because I want to keep him all to myself! I cry a little when I see people in the Burg suggesting him as an RMT to visit, because that means less availability for me. 🤣 In all honesty, Ollie is wonderful! Best RMT around 😊 And - bonus - he has a cool accent!
