Excellent therapists and staff. I was prescribed PT for my shoulder, where I was waking up with shooting pains. I made an appointment with DPT Ariel Castro, based on board certification, reviews, and location.

I knew I came to the right place starting from the initial consultation. Ariel was laser focused in pinpointing what needed remediation, as well as identifying secondary issues such as my biceps tendonitis. Within a few short weeks, I was no longer waking up in pain, proving the effectiveness of his assessment and regimen.

Further in my progress, I was fortunate to meet and receive care from other therapists and staff as Ariel supervised their care and my performance.

The staff are as professional as they are genuinely supportive and caring. Most notably, they are also very supportive of each other, always mutually providing feedback and insight. The culture here demonstrates commitment to their improvement, which translates to stellar care. Special thanks to Ariel, Scarleth, David, and Lymari. Of course thanks too, to the gatekeepers at the front desk, Lorelis & Pam, they keep schedules well planned and payments simple.

I came seeking good treatment, and found more - a great team that made the routine of recovery a pleasant and memorable experience. They really are a "Top Choice" for physical therapy, highly recommended!

The Top Choice staff is helping me with my goal to improve the range of motion in my right shoulder/arm. Physical therapists Scarleth & Ariel have been of great help, so far. The pt assistants are also super helpful. They are always asking how you feel and watch your progress closely, as does Lymari and other pt assistants. The whole staff, starting from the front desk workers, are all very attentive, caring and do their best to make sure one is comfortable and happy!

Everybody here is so kind and knowledgeable. My injury has probably been the hardest thing I’ve been through in a long time. The front desk is funny sweet and accomodating (shoutout to Lorelis) The PTs are amazing. Scarleth & Ariel know their stuff and have helped me so so much.

I love this place. They are always so nice and understanding. The stuff there are so respectful and sweet. Rachel , Ariel, and Scarleth are the best they been helping me through my recovery they are absolutely the best physical therapist you can have. They 100% makes sure you always comfortable with everything you doing. Jaileen is also very sweet and nice she always helps you out when you need it and ask if you need water. They also put the music you like .
