I had an extremely distressing experience at your establishment. An elderly staff member opened the door without knocking while we were changing, completely violating our privacy. Not only was this action inappropriate, but the staff member’s refusal to acknowledge the mistake or offer an apology added to the emotional distress we endured. It wasn’t until the situation was escalated to the manager that any resolution was offered. This has been one of the most upsetting and uncomfortable experiences I’ve had, and I sincerely hope measures are taken to prevent something like this from happening to others in the future.

Sorry guys as much as I love massages as much as I request for guys to give me massages because of their strong Pressure techniques.
This guy failed in every possible way, He asked me if I like strong,medium, light I said strong, he proceeded with a massage, very light and he did not hit my trigger points. Like Between the shoulders around the neck Nor did he touch my feet and he kepted me covered messaging over the cover (what the heck) not hands on skin
He Definitely needs to be trained.

I'm surprised to see bad comments about this place.. I'm actually a Massage Therapist & I drive out of my way to see a therapist named Kevin. Seriously one of the best massages I've ever had. I had a different dude once who was good & I've tried 2 ladies who were also good. But I do try to request Kevin. PS... No Massage place that is this affordable have Workers who are all amazing. Go pay Burke Williams $300 or find a specialized Therapist.

They were very kind and polite. Both of our massages were unfortunately a bit underwhelming though. We both left more agitated than we started. I had to keep asking my masseuse to be softer but it was only soft for 5 seconds before returning to the way she started. The whole experience felt really sloppy just because of how rushed it felt even though we purchased the 90 minute package. Tipped them well but hopefully improvement in the future about those feedbacks. Thank you for your time nonetheless!

Gave 2 stars because I have had a good message there before but today was awful. Worst massage I have ever had. So not happy. Paid for 90 got 75 and most was him just rubbing his arm up and down my back. Even after I politely said something. I left more irritated and stressed than relaxed.

I absolutely loved the massage until it was time to pay. As I was signing my bill and including my 20% tip, both operators stood over me watching me write and kept pointing to a sign showing a 30% tip, pressuring me. I finally stated that 20% was my choice of tip. They were then so unpleasant to me as I left. A very unhappy ending to what was a great massage.

My experience was so different from my moms experience. The masseuse I had was digging her boney sharp elbows super aggressively into my back the entire time and against my spine. The entire massage felt painful and uncomfortable. 2 stars because the lady seemed nice and probably has no idea that she sucks this bad.
