Mostly dealt with Tracy's son Quinn. He is improving quickly, was well supervised and has great negotiating skills. Just a suggestion, would be nice if REMAX would have secured links for emailing contractual documents to clients.

Tracy was wonderful to work with. It was clear from the start that she cared about our family and finding the perfect home for us. She was referred through a friend and we could not be happier with our experience. She is extremely knowledgeable on building codes and standards, zoning, future city planning and seems to know everyone in the valley :). Tracy help us find our first home in the Valley over 2 decades ago. Sold that and bought another a few years after and kept that home for over a decade. She recently help us sell our current home even in this tight market. This was done even with all the renovation that was required. Did I mentioned I was out of town.
