I highly recommend Winnock Physiotherapy. After hurting my back a couple of weeks ago, not only were they quick to get me in, but Meg treated me as a person and not just a number. She is a good listener and I believe a good advocate to help people.

Everyone at Winnock physiotherapy are compassionate and kind. Meg is amazing at listening, and finding the right approach for each person. She is wonderful at helping you understand what your body is telling you, and how to deal the best way to manage pain. I have had such great improvement where I saw none with other physiotherapists.
