I am a 70-years old lady that needed an overhaul of my facial skin. I recently had a skin treatment service at Ann's by a sweet, young lady, Jolee. When she was done, I looked in the mirror and saw a significantly improved skin that was soft to the touch and flawless, and much youthful skin!! I did not realize that I had a thick layer of dead skin cells until Jolee removed it with these amazing clean scented, organic products from nature that sent me into a relaxing and peaceful journey! I would like to shout it out to every woman seeking to obtain beautiful, youthful skin, and subtle to the touch. I recommend Jolee for the skin treatment service because she is graceful and takes so much pride in the service that she renders, and cares about your satisfaction in the results. Truly, she is top notch!! P. S. Next time, I will take a before and after picture.

Update: In response to the response below, you are not correct on those charges. My massage therapist stated what you told her to charge me which included the charge for the enhancement. Once I told her what was quoted at booking (that included the promotion - free enhancement), then she honored it.

My review is not about the massage. She did good by using the pressure that I requested, she was a little rough but it was enjoyable. But someone did open the door during my session and after that I heard other door slamming. The staff should take into consideration to be a little quiet when clients are in session.

Here’s the reason for the low review is Matt. I made my appt with Matt and he offered the add on at no cost. After I that call, I received several calls and voicemails from Matt, I’m guessing by accident. I received several reminder messages from his phone including someone else’s appt. On the morning of my appt, Matt sent several text , calls and left voicemails all the way up to my arrival. I finally answered before coming that to let me know I don’t text or call while driving. This was on lines or harassment , I’ve never experienced such from making an appt for a massage. I’m accustomed to booking online, receiving confirmation text and that’s it. Well Matt must have sensed my irritation while I was checking in because at checkout he was not at the front desk but told my massage therapist to charge me full price, so he basically took back the free add ons that he offered. I told her of the offer and she did honor it. And I did provide tip as none of this was her fault.

Astronomical experience! I get the Deep tissue massage with CBD infusion. As well as the hot rocks.. When I walk out of there, I feel like a new man.
